Parking Regulations: Discussion on implementing new parking regulations to prevent residents from parking their UFOs in the designated pet unicorn zones. A committee was formed to draft new guidelines.
Pet Costume Parade: Proposal for a pet costume parade on July 4th. Costumes must adhere to the theme "Mythical Creatures of the Everglades." The winner will receive a year's supply of organic swamp water.

Resident Concerns:
